Every batch that enters and leaves our company undergoes a rigorous and systematic inspection process. We analyse pile density, colour fastness, texture uniformity and base fabric strength, guaranteeing our buyers consistent standards and compliance with agreed technical specifications. Velvet Cutting

Cutting velvet requires a skill that is honed over time. Our experience enables us to handle every type of velvet with precision — smooth, textured, ribbed, hand-cut — whilst respecting the direction of the pile, minimising waste and optimising yardage yield. A service designed for those with precise production requirements who cannot afford any margin for error.

Dyeing and Finishing

Dyeing velvet is an art that brooks no approximation We work with controlled processes to achieve deep colours that are lightfast and washfast, with a colour rendering that enhances the fabric’s natural lustre. Finishing completes the process, giving the velvet the hand, drape and visual appearance required by the final product.
